What is your return policy?
Due to the personalization of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order please reach out to us and we will make it right.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time. Send us a message if you think this is something that we should offer.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
We do offer wholesale deals. Visit the Contact Us page to let us know what you have in mind and how many you will need. If it will be a recurring order please let us know that also.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. No cash or checks.
What is the turnaround time?
Processing time for small items is 5-10 days. For wedding packages and fully custom orders we will communicate with you throughout the design process and time will depend on edits or if we are ordering special materials to satisfy your request. Minimum 2 weeks for weddings with large seating charts.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the U.S., but are working on offering international shipping options very soon!
